Welland Gouldsmith School Bowbazar

The Welland Gouldsmith School, established by the revered Reverends W J Welland and H. Gouldsmith in the late 19th century, has undergone a remarkable journey of growth and excellence. Our merger in 1936, uniting the Welland Memorial School and the Gouldsmith Free School, led to the inception of the distinguished Welland Gouldsmith School.

Today, our affiliation with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, is a testament to our commitment to academic excellence. We consistently present candidates for both the ICSE (X) and ISC (XII) examinations, boasting a proud tradition of achieving cent percent results year after year.

Diversity is integral to our ethos as an inclusive institution. We embrace a wide spectrum of students, dedicated to delivering quality education to each individual. The increasing competition for enrollment in our school speaks volumes about our reputation and commitment to holistic education.

Parental involvement is highly valued, evident in our regular reviews of students' progress. Parents consistently laud the school's efforts in nurturing their children's comprehensive development.

Our faculty comprises a team of highly qualified, devoted educators who are deeply committed to guiding and inspiring our students. Within our nurturing environment, students feel secure and supported, as we strive to impart the highest moral and spiritual values essential for their growth.

At Welland Gouldsmith School, our dedication to academic excellence is unwavering, matched by our focus on cultivating well-rounded individuals equipped for success in their academic pursuits and beyond.
