Kendriya Vidyalaya Santragachhi

On the occasion of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) Foundation Day 2022, I extend heartfelt greetings to all the teachers, officers, staff, students, and parents associated with the organization.

The journey that commenced in 1963 now strides into its 60th year. Over this extensive voyage, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has etched a distinctive identity in the realm of education within the country, earning recognition as an esteemed institution. The shoulders of the CBSE bear the responsibility of nurturing the futures of over 14.5 million students enrolled in its 1252 Central schools. The CBSE has consistently worked towards the holistic development of its students, instilling in them a sense of Indianness and nurturing their overall growth.

The organization has persistently strived to infuse elements of the National Education Policy into school education, assuming a pioneering role in implementing various facets of the policy. The dedicated teachers of the CBSE continue to contribute significantly by upholding numerous educational standards. Therefore, I extend my heartfelt congratulations, especially to the present and former teachers, for their valuable contributions in shaping the ethos of the CBSE.

I firmly believe that this relentless journey of service and dedication will persist unwaveringly in the times ahead.
