Indira Gandhi Memorial Academy

Founded on April 22nd, 2007, Indira Gandhi Memorial Academy stands as a testament to the transformative power of education. Conceived by the visionary Late Shri Shyam Deo Rai, the school's inception was fueled by a dream to uproot illiteracy and kindle the flame of knowledge.

In its humble beginnings, the school comprised only a ground floor with a limited number of classrooms in 2007. However, today, it proudly stands as a symbol of growth and progress, boasting a well-structured infrastructure with state-of-the-art facilities.

The school's guiding motto, "Education is the kindling of a flame and not the filling of a vessel, " reflects a profound commitment to nurturing not just academic knowledge but also the innate curiosity and passion within each student. Indira Gandhi Memorial Academy strives to go beyond conventional education, aiming to ignite a spark that propels students towards a lifelong journey of learning and self-discovery.

As the institution continues to evolve, it remains dedicated to providing an environment where knowledge is not merely imparted but is a catalyst for personal and societal transformation. Indira Gandhi Memorial Academy stands as a beacon, inspiring generations to come and contributing to the noble cause of eradicating illiteracy and fostering a love for learning.
