Gitanjali Public School Sainthia

Established in 2006 as ACC Jain High School under the management of ACC Jain High School Trust, the institution commenced its educational journey with a commitment to academic excellence. Inaugurated by the Vice Chancellor of Visva Bharati University, Dr. Sujit Kr. Basu, on March 28, 2006, the school embarked on its mission to provide quality education.

However, due to various reasons, ACC Jain High School Trust encountered challenges in dedicating sufficient time and attention to oversee the academic affairs and operational activities of the school. Subsequently, the school property was transferred to the management of Gitanjali Foundation, Barabagan, Suri, Birbhum.

In January 2014, following the assumption of responsibility, Gitanjali Foundation took proactive measures, constituting a new Managing Committee comprising distinguished individuals from diverse sectors of society. Rebranded as Gitanjali Public School, the institution swiftly initiated efforts to secure affiliation from CBSE, New Delhi. The Foundation embarked on a transformative journey, aiming to equip the school with contemporary amenities including CCTV surveillance, digital classrooms, water purification systems, and other essential facilities, aligning with modern educational standards.

Moreover, the management diligently recruited staff members in compliance with CBSE guidelines, demonstrating a commitment to academic rigor and proficiency. This transition signaled a renewed dedication to providing a comprehensive and modern educational experience in line with CBSE standards, emphasizing academic excellence and holistic development.
