Familia School

Nestled within the educational landscape, Familia School stands as a beacon of qualitative and comprehensive education. As a Senior Secondary English Medium institution, it's not just a school; it's a nurturing ground for growth and learning. Recognized by the Education Department, Govt. of West Bengal, and affiliated with the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations, New Delhi, Familia School is a testament to educational commitment.

Taking a courageous step, Familia School extends its arms to embrace children from nearby villages and towns, bridging the educational gap in places like Bhaluka, Majhipara, Palasy, Haringhata, Nagarukhra, and Barajaguly. Beyond the pursuit of academic excellence, Familia School strives to become a cornerstone for the total community of children in the Naihati East, Haringhata, and Amdanga Blocks of the North 24-Parganas.

What sets Familia School apart is its commitment to inclusivity. By extending educational support to selected children from tribal and BPL categories, Familia reaches beyond its walls to uplift the underprivileged. With only about 20% of students receiving comprehensive support for English Medium schooling, Familia School ensures that the privileged and the needier sections of society coexist within its halls.

The school's inception in April 2006 was fueled not just by a few friends' munificence but also by the impassioned cry of the local community for an English Medium school within reach. Familia School operates within an existing building, and its mission resonates beyond academics — it's about fostering hope and improving lives. Eagerly anticipating any support, Familia School remains a testament to the transformative power of education and the collective responsibility to uplift the otherwise helpless children in its vicinity.
