Assembly Of God Church School Park Street

The Assembly of God School (Tollygunge branch) stands as a beacon of education, rooted in the principles of Christian teachings and founded by the revered Rev. Dr. D. Mark Buntain. Since its inception in 1978, the school has strived to provide high-quality education while extending support and preferential assistance to children from disadvantaged backgrounds, epitomizing its commitment to inclusivity and social responsibility.

Affiliated to the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination (CISCE), the school earnestly prepares its students for ICSE/ISC examinations while fostering a comprehensive learning environment. Despite the commendable efforts, challenges like space constraints persist, necessitating the school to operate in two shifts and utilize classrooms twice, albeit impacting scheduling logistics.

Nevertheless, the institution boasts a well-equipped infrastructure comprising a Computer Room, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology Laboratories, and a well-stocked Library. Encouraging a holistic approach, the school actively promotes co-curricular activities and diverse competitions to nurture students' talents and expose them to broader experiences.

With a proactive Managing Body, Board of Education, and various committees fostering transparency and collaboration between teachers and parents, the Assembly of God School remains steadfast in its mission: "Building a better India by building Better Boys and Girls, " illustrating its unwavering commitment to shaping responsible, educated citizens for the nation's future.
