Army Public School Bengdubi

Army School Bengdubi, formerly known as Tiger Cub School, embarked on its educational journey in 1981, initially catering to nursery-level education. Over the years, it evolved into a comprehensive institution accommodating classes from nursery to VI standard. This transformation culminated in its re-designation as Army Public School Bengdubi, operating as part of the network of 136 Army Public Schools under the aegis of Army Welfare Education Societies (AWES), registered under the Society Registration Act and overseen by HQ New Delhi.

The school's growth necessitated the separation of Army Nursery School, resulting in its relocation to a distinct campus in 2008. This strategic move aimed to facilitate the expansion and enhancement of the Army School Bengdubi's facilities and educational offerings.

Affiliated with CBSE since July 1983, the school expanded its scope to offer Senior Secondary education encompassing Arts, Science, and later, Commerce streams in 1999. The school adheres rigorously to the curriculum and guidelines stipulated by the Army Welfare Education Society and follows the syllabus prescribed by CBSE, employing textbooks published by NCERT.
