Amsole High School

Established in 1969 and under the proficient management of the Department of Education, AMSOLE HIGH SCHOOL stands as an educational bastion within the rural expanse of GAZOLE block, nestled in the MALDAH district of West Bengal. Offering comprehensive education from Grades 5 to 12, the school diligently fosters academic growth.

With Bengali as the primary medium of instruction, the institution provides a nurturing environment for scholastic development. Accessible via all-weather roads, the school initiates its academic year in April, setting the stage for a progressive and enriching educational journey.

Other Information:

Established with a Government building, our school boasts 16 well-maintained classrooms dedicated to instructional purposes. Alongside, we have two additional rooms tailored for non-teaching activities and a separate space allocated for the Headmaster/Teacher. While our boundary wall is partially constructed, ensuring safety and security remains our priority.

We are equipped with an electric connection and functional Hand Pumps that serve as our source of Drinking Water. Ensuring hygiene, we maintain functional boys' and girls' toilets. However, a playground is yet to be developed.

Our library holds a collection of 1250 books, fostering a culture of reading and exploration. Though we don't currently possess computers for educational use or a computer-aided learning lab, we remain committed to providing quality education within our school premises. As part of our dedication, we offer mid-day meals to our students.

At our institution, our focus is on fostering a conducive environment for learning and growth, even as we continue to strive for further development in academic resources and infrastructure.
