UGC NET June 2025: Admit Card Link and Exam Day Instructions

The University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) for June 2025 will be held from June 25 to June 29. The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the admit cards for the first four exam days, which can be downloaded at ugcnet.nta.ac.in.

The UGC NET June 2025 examination will take place in two shifts: from 9 AM to 12 PM and from 3 PM to 6 PM. Candidates must report for their respective tests according to the time indicated on their admit cards and adhere to all instructions provided.

Important Exam Day Instructions:

1. Carefully review the instructions on your admit card before attending the exam.

2. Required Documents: Bring a printed copy of your admit card, one passport-sized photograph (the same as the one uploaded with your application) for the attendance sheet, and one valid and original photo ID (such as a PAN card, Driving License, Passport, or Aadhaar Card with photograph). Ensure that the name on your ID matches the name on your admit card. If applicable, bring a PwD certificate.

3. Arrive two hours before the exam starts to complete frisking and registration procedures. The registration desk will close 30 minutes prior to the examination.

4. Go to your assigned exam room based on the time specified on your admit card. Candidates who arrive late may miss important announcements made in the examination room.

5. Changing your assigned room, hall, or seat without permission will result in the cancellation of your candidature, and no appeals will be accepted.

6. Ensure that the question paper displayed on the screen matches the one you selected, as indicated on your admit card. If there is a discrepancy, notify the invigilator immediately.

7. If you encounter any technical issues, need first aid, or require additional information, please approach the centre superintendent or invigilator.

The UGC NET June 2025 exam will be conducted as a computer-based test (CBT) consisting of two papers. Both papers include only multiple-choice questions (MCQs) and are to be completed in a single session of three hours (180 minutes) without any break.

Best of luck to all candidates!
